How does the registration
and the online B2B partnering work?
1. Registration
All you need for the registration is an email address, you choose your own password, input basic information about yourself, and your company and your registration is done. After your registration is activated by the organizer you can continue to step 2, setting up your profile.
2. Set up a profile
Create a strong profile which will raise your visibility to others on this platform. Make it clear and concise. Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer potential partners and who you want to meet. A good profile will significantly generate more meetings.
3. Request online B2B meetings
Be active not reactive. Browse published company and participant profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to have online meeting with. Adding a meaningful remark why you are interested in a meeting will increase the chance that your request will be accepted. 4. Duration of the platform and the time frame for online B2B meetings
The platform will be available online for two years. However, the country specific meetings will be available during specific time periods.
Country specific content such as presentations and written materials, as well as video speeches and messages from the organizer and partnering institutions will be available on the specific date for each country and the B2B online meetings for that country will be available before and after specified date, for one month.
